Exchange & Return Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY (for the e-Shop)

 

Free size exchange, provided at your door!

In case you wish to change the product you have purchased, you can do so within 30 days from its billing date and by the following means:

 

1. IN-STORE EXCHANGE

 

In any of the Alouette stores by showing the invoice or exchange card.

Apart from the store in Lamia, Notos Galleries, Attica Department Stores and the outlets, all Alouette stores accept changes. Especially for the products in the category “OUTLET” we recommend contacting one of our OUTLET stores accordingly.

 

2. EXCHANGE VIA E-SHOP

 

Process:

  • Get in touch with us via telephone (call 211-1057760) to inform us on the products that you wish to return, as well as the ones you wish to replace them with. 

 

  • Make sure to carefully pack the products, either in the Alouette box that you received them in, or using any other safe packaging solution. 

 

  • DO NOT SHIP THE PACKAGE until the new one has arrived. The courier will deliver the products that we confirmed over our call, and will make the exchange

 

  • The process can be done with the BOX NOW service, in which case you should first contact the eshop customer service by phone at 211-1057760.

** The first size change is FREE (the shipping cost in this case is charged to the company).

** In case you wish to change the product code, i.e. to receive a different product, you will be charged with the shipping cost of 4€.

** If a balance difference occurs, it can remain as a credit balance in your account or you can make the payment by cash on delivery or a bank deposit.

** Gift package is not available on returns.

 

RETURN POLICY (via e-Shop)

 

If for any reason you wish to return your online order and get your money back, you have the right of withdrawal within 15 days from the receipt issuing date.

 

Process:

  • Get in touch with us via telephone (call 211-1057760) to inform us on the return and the reason thereof. 

  • We come to an agreement regarding the shipping method of the return. The return will take place either via ELTA Courier, with a 4€ shipping cost, or via a courier of your choice, with the respective shipping cost.

  • The refund will occur within 5 days from the arrival of the package to the company. 

 

** In case of a purchase withdrawal, any shipping costs for the return of the package to the company will be charged at the customer.

 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

 

In order for the return/exchange to be accepted, these following terms must be met to their full extent. In the case that the products do not meet the Terms of Returns and Exchanges that are mentioned below, we are at liberty to not accept the return/exchange.

  • The exchange request must not exceed the date of purchase on the receipt or the exchange card by more than 30 days.

  • The withdrawal request of the order in exchange for a refund must not exceed the date written on the receipt or the exchange card by more than 15 days.

  • All returning products that we receive must be in their original condition, without any signs of damage or dirt.

  • All returning products must bear all the tags and accompanying constructor labels that they originally had at the moment of their purchase, as well as the package that they came with.

  • A communication via telephone (number: 211-1057760) must precede any return/exchange.

 

 ** Since some of our products have to be worn upon receiving them, and there will be contact with the children’s skin, we kindly request that you use underwear during the fitting.

** If the product and the return process meet all the aforementioned criteria, you can ship the products to the company and exchange them with others or get a refund.

** In case of non-compliance with the aforementioned terms, the company is at liberty to refuse the return.

** Alouette is not responsible for any packages that are lost/damaged during the return process, if the shipment has been made with a courier of your choice. Any such damage on the products, is a responsibility of the customer.
